21 Day Challenge

The earlier you figure out where you want to be, the better

 

To be VERY GOOD in High School Attempt to complete the 21 Day Challenge, and attempt the Advanced Challenge at least twice a year

To be GREAT in High School Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then complete the Advanced 21 Day Challenge

To Play College Basketball Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout twice a week

To be a GREAT College Player Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout 3-5 times a week

To Play Professional Basketball Complete both challenges, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout 4-5 times a week

Do each of the following 21 times per day for 21 straight days. If you fail, no excuses, try again..

 

Make 21 Dribble-Right Jumpshots

 Make 21 Dribble-Right Stepback Jumpshots

 Make 21 Dribble-Left Jumpshots

 Make 21 Dribble-Left Stepback Jumpshots

 Make 21 Catch & Shoot 3-Pointers

 Make 21 Right-hand Post Hook Shots

 Make 21 Free-Throws

 Make 21 Left-hand  Post Hook Shots

 Perform 21 Regular Push-ups

 Make 21 Dribble-Left Stepback Jumpshots

 Perform 21 Fingertip Push-ups

 

The Advanced 21 Day Challenge

Do each of the following 21 times per day for 21 straight days. If you fail (no excuses), try again... 

 

4 "Scissor Dribbles" to an 18 ft. jumper - Alternate Right/Left, Make 21

Make 21 Free-Throws, Alternate Right/Left hand shots

Halfcourt dribble to elbow jumpers - Alternate Right/Left, Make 21

Make 21 Stepback, hesitation, crossover jumpers - Alternate Right/Left

Make 21 Stepback Jumpers - Alternate Right/Left

Perform 21 Consecutive Fingertip Push-ups

Make 21 3-Pointers

Make 21 Dribble-drive fake-spin fadeaways - Alternate Right/Left

Dribble from halfcourt, between leg dribble then cross jumpshots - Make 21, Alternate Right/Left

Make 21 Drive Middle Floaters - Alternate Right/Left
